Our processing facilities are audited, scored, and approved by Primuslabs.com and American Institute of Baking International ( AIBI ). There are ongoing Food Safety trainings being conducted with all personnel at our facilities to keep up the awareness of Food Safety in all aspects of the many jobs being performed. There are internal audits being performed by our Food Safety team as well as customer audits.
Food Safety is very important to us, and we are continually improving our system. Both facilities have in house labs for QA / QC personnel to use for analyzing shelf life, preparing samples to be sent to outside / 3rd party labs for testing, and other QA / QC related activities. These labs offer a clean, sanitary environment for these functions to be performed.
